Hansen House + Gardens

Q: How many people can Hansen House hold?

A: Hansen House can hold 50 guests maximum

Q: What are your rental hours?

A: We rent Hansen House for baby showers, wedding shower or small parties. We have a 4 hour minimum rental which includes the time for set up, break down & clean up.

Q: Do you set up & break down?

A: It is your responsibility for all set up, break down & clean up for your event. The venue host will help you with access to our inventory. If Hansen House is not cleaned appropriately you will be charged a cleaning fee. 

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?

A: Yes, you can bring & serve your own alcohol. If you have any liquor you must have a NC liquor license. 

Q: Can I bring my food?

A: Yes, we allow you to bring in your own food. 

Q: Do we need insurance?

A: We do not require event insurance for events in Hansen House but do require a credit card on file for any damages. You can always purchase day of event insurance through our preferred carrier at your discretion. 

Q: Is someone on-site in case we have questions?

A: Yes, for every event we have a venue host on-site to answer any questions.

Garden Pavilion + Gardens

Additional Hours $250/hr

Q: How many people can The Garden Pavilion hold?

A: The Garden Pavilion can hold 250 guests.

Q: What are your rental hours?

A: We allow 6 hours for your event with the option to add additional hours.

Q: Do you set up & break down?

A: We allow you use of our inventory. You are required for all clean up at the end of the night. 

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?

A: We allow you to bring your own alcohol onsite. If there is any liquor it must be served by a licensed bartender. If you have any liquor you must have a NC liquor license. 

Q: Can I bring my food?

A: Yes you can bring in your own food. If you have a caterer they must be licensed and insured. 

Q: Do we need insurance?

A: Yes,  do require event insurance in the Garden Pavilion. It must be purchased through our designated provider. We also require a credit card on file for any damages. 

Q: Is someone on-site in case we have questions?

A: Yes, for every event we have a venue host on-site to answer any questions.
