Tours of Covington Gardens are by appointment only. Please fill out our inquiry form to schedule a tour. 

Our venue will hold 250 guests in The Garden Pavilion with DJ, dance floor, catering, etc. Our parking lot is designed to hold around 100 cars.

Your rental time is outlined in your contract for Covington Gardens. Our standard rental times are 9:00 am to 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sundays and 12:00pm to 10:00pm on Weekdays.

Covington Gardens handles all bar services. Please inquire for our pricing & packages.

Yes, we do! While some think it is not necessary we have seen the benefits of a month of coordinator and how they will make your day run smoothly. 

We love and welcome your fur babies to be part of your special day! We ask that your pet has a designated handler while on the property. They must remain on a leash at all times and it is the responsibility of the client to clean up after the pet. If a staff member finds any leftover remnants the next day, a disposal fee of $250 will be charged to the card on file for damages. 

We require that clients purchase day-of-event insurance through our designated provider. 

We require a signed contract and half the rental fee to secure your date.
